Product Introduction

The PPM-CSBYLW-W1 coolant monitor is specifically designed for data center cooling systems, accurately measuring coolant flow in pipes. It uses ultrasonic technology to detect flow, eliminating the need to cut pipes or contact the liquid. Installation simply involves clamping the device to the outer wall of the pipe, without interfering with system operation. The device is compact, lightweight, and easy to install even in confined spaces, requiring less pipe length and saving installation space compared to traditional devices. It supports various pipe diameters, is compatible with common coolants, and features a universal interface for connection to intelligent management systems. This non-contact design ensures accurate data while completely eliminating the risk of liquid leakage, making it a highly efficient and safe monitoring option.

Product Features

Non-contact measurement:The probe is mounted on the outer wall of the pipe, does not come into contact with the medium, has no sanitary dead corners, is suitable for pharmaceutical purified water applications, and does not require material certification for medium contact.

Easy to install:No pipe cutting or machine shutdown is required; the modified pipeline can be directly installed.

No pressure loss:There are no obstructions inside the pipe, so the operating conditions of the pipeline are not changed.

No wear parts:With no impellers or other moving parts, it has a low failure rate and requires no pressure relief or shutdown for maintenance.

Wide compatibility:It can measure pipes made of stainless steel, PVC, etc., supports bidirectional flow, and is unaffected by medium pressure.
