A single sensor simultaneously collects pipeline pressure and medium temperature data. It effectively reduces the number of pipeline drilling points, lowers system leakage risks, and saves assembly space for CDU units. The pressure measuring unit adopts a 316L wetted diaphragm combined with ED ring – peroxide-cured EPDM end-face sealing structure. It resists water hammer impact and vibration generated by pump operation, suitable for working conditions with alternating coolant pressure. Temperature detection relies on a built-in PT100 probe that directly contacts the coolant to ensure authentic and reliable temperature readings. Equipped with built-in digital compensation algorithms, the transmitter outputs synchronized pressure and temperature signals with strong signal compatibility, seamlessly connecting to local CDU control cabinets and data center DCIM monitoring systems. The compact and miniaturized structure can be directly installed at CDU inlet/outlet ports, liquid supply/return pipelines and other positions, facilitating on-site layout. It reduces component varieties, simplifies procurement, field installation and commissioning, and meets the demand for long-term stable operation of liquid cooling equipment in data centers.
