The PPM-DCBYLS-D is a customized small-diameter, low-conductivity electromagnetic flow sensor for liquid-cooled CDUs in data centers. Based on the Faraday principle of electromagnetic induction, it employs high-impedance signal acquisition and dual-frequency excitation technology to specifically address the issues of low conductivity in ethylene glycol-deionized water mixed coolants and zero-point drift in ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters. It can measure media with a minimum conductivity ≥1μS/cm, making it compatible with newly formulated low-conductivity ethylene glycol coolants. It features empty pipe detection and EMC interference immunity; outputs 4-20mA and RS485-Modbus RTU, allowing interface with PLC and DCIM data center management systems; and is powered by DC24V for continuous 24/7 operation.ProjectParameter.
